Please Be Patient - A Post-Helene Update for November 19, 2024
I would like to thank everyone - our communuty, our customers and all of the private and governmental agencies - all who have come to the aid of Nordan, our staff and families since Helene devastated Asheville.

As many of you know we are currently unable to operate. A large portion of our staff remain displaced from their homes and our facility has been rendered inacessible. We are waiting for the building inspectors and/or fire department to determine whether we will ever safely enter our builing or if it will have to be demolished as so many do. It has been several weeks with hospitals, schools and EMS buildings getting priority, all we can do is wait.

At this time we are effectively out of business. It's uncertain whether insurance will provide enough for us to rebuild.
​
We have enjoyed servicing North Carolina and the Nation for the last 48 years (as well as being a part of Asheville for the last 15) and hope our community, customers and vendors will be patient while we work things out.
